• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers are non-returnable.
• Minor color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for cancelled prepaid orders before shipment.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
